SleepSnore Terms of Use

Overview

These terms govern your use of the app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

SleepSnore is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, or treat sleep disorders.

For medical concerns such as suspected sleep apnea, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Purchases

Premium includes playback of all clips, filtering by type, and full-recording export. The app’s local premium preview is separate from an Apple subscription trial. Its expiry does not automatically charge you or delete reports or audio; paid purchases require Apple confirmation. Monthly and yearly subscriptions and a lifetime purchase are supported. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically; lifetime is a one-time purchase. Features, prices, and availability are shown on the app’s purchase page and in the App Store.

App Store Billing

Apple handles purchases and refunds; prices and availability are shown by the App Store. Restore eligible purchases with the Apple Account used to buy them. Manage or cancel auto-renewing plans in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Family Sharing availability depends on the product.

Limitations

The app is provided as a practical utility. We work to keep it reliable, but it is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

Audio recordings may contain sensitive information. Protect your device and delete recordings you no longer need.

Sleep scores and event detection are informational only.
