FlipMate Terms of Use

Overview

These terms govern your use of the app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

Use FlipMate as a personal clock, photo display and focus aid. Only import photos you have the right to use; it is not a safety-critical timer or a photo backup service.

App Store use is also subject to the applicable Apple license terms. Apple's Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Purchases

18 clock faces, photo clocks, focus timers and widgets are free. FlipMate Plus is a non-consumable, one-time purchase for more selected clock faces and material themes, with no auto-renewing subscription. Price and availability are shown by the App Store. Restore purchases from the Plus page using the Apple Account used for the purchase; access depends on a valid Apple entitlement. Refunds are handled by Apple, and a revoked purchase may remove Plus access.

App Store Billing

Any purchase, subscription, refund, cancellation, family sharing, or billing issue is handled through your Apple ID and App Store settings. Pricing may vary by region.

Limitations

The app is provided as a practical utility. We work to keep it reliable, but it is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

Clock animations run while the app is in the foreground. Widget refreshes and completion notifications depend on system scheduling, permissions and device settings; second-by-second widget updates or exact notification delivery are not guaranteed.

Desk mode and keeping the screen awake can increase battery use and heat. Use suitable brightness and follow your device's charging and temperature guidance. Keep original photos in Photos or your own backup.

This policy describes the FlipMate app. Opening support or legal pages in a browser uses the website, which may load its own analytics and language-preference cookie.
