FondDays Terms of Use

Overview

These terms govern your use of the app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

FondDays is a personal date and reminder tool. Check the dates and settings you enter; it is not a safety-critical alert system. Use only photos and content you have the right to use. Keep your own copies of important records and original photos. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Purchases

The free version saves up to 6 days and includes reminders, shared cards, built-in backgrounds, simple and basic photo widgets, Lock Screen widgets and optional iCloud sync. Pro is a non-consumable, one-time lifetime purchase for unlimited days, your own photo backgrounds and cropping, custom photo widgets and multi-day widgets, with no subscription. Price and availability are shown by the App Store after release. Restore from the Pro page using the purchasing Apple Account. Access depends on a valid Apple entitlement; refunds or revocation can end Pro access, but existing records, photos and saved widgets are retained. New records and new Pro feature use may then be limited.

App Store Billing

Apple handles purchases and refunds; prices and availability are shown by the App Store. Restore eligible purchases with the Apple Account used to buy them. Manage or cancel auto-renewing plans in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Family Sharing availability depends on the product.

Limitations

The app is provided as a practical utility. We work to keep it reliable, but it is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

Dates use the Gregorian calendar and the device’s local time zone. Lunar dates, traditional nominal age and second-by-second countdowns are not supported. Widget refreshes and reminders depend on system scheduling, permission and device settings; precise delivery is not guaranteed. Some annual reminders require reopening the app to schedule future years.
