LoopCare Terms of Use

Overview

These terms govern your use of the app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

LoopCare is a personal reminder and maintenance tool, not a professional safety, medical, or emergency reminder system.

You remain responsible for critical tasks even if a reminder is delayed or not delivered.

Shared tasks help you organize everyday activities with family and friends. Before sharing, check that the task and its history are suitable for the members who will see them. Members’ edits and completion actions affect the shared task’s status. Sync timing may depend on the network and iCloud service availability.

Purchases

LoopCare may offer a one-time purchase or paid customization features. Purchases are managed by the App Store.

App Store Billing

Apple handles purchases and refunds; prices and availability are shown by the App Store. Restore eligible purchases with the Apple Account used to buy them. Manage or cancel auto-renewing plans in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Family Sharing availability depends on the product.

Limitations

The app is provided as a practical utility. We work to keep it reliable, but it is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

Reminder delivery depends on iOS notification settings, Focus mode, and device status.
