Overview

These terms govern your use of the app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

WakeRally uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Tasks record your actions; they do not prove physiological wakefulness or physical location. The app does not guarantee that you will get out of bed or avoid falling asleep again.

Use tasks safely and hold your phone securely. Backup tasks and Emergency Stop remain available without Pro. To abandon a session, hold Emergency Stop for three seconds and confirm, including during the delayed-check waiting stage.

Closing a system alert does not mark tasks complete. Reminders may resume while a session is unfinished; behavior depends on iOS permissions and the system giving the app an opportunity to run.

Purchases

Free use includes two enabled alarms, two checkpoint items, full task editing, delayed checks, seven-day statistics, and all detailed history. Pro adds unlimited enabled alarms and items plus 30-day statistics. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. All three unlock the same features and prices are shown by Apple. Use Restore purchases with the original Apple Account and manage subscriptions in iOS Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Pro expiry preserves existing data and task execution; free limits apply to new or re-enabled items beyond the limit and 30-day statistics.

App Store Billing

Any purchase, subscription, refund, cancellation, family sharing, or billing issue is handled through your Apple ID and App Store settings. Pricing may vary by region.

Limitations

The app is provided as a practical utility. We work to keep it reliable, but it is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

Alarm configurations and checkpoint items remain until you delete them in the app or delete the app. Deleting an alarm or checkpoint does not delete earlier wake records. There is no separate clear-history action; deleting the app removes its local container and the history may not be recoverable.

Whether iOS device backups include app data depends on your Apple and iOS backup settings. The developer cannot remotely inspect, export, or delete data stored only in your app container.

If local data cannot be opened, you can choose to share a diagnostic report with the app version, build, iOS version, and a redacted error code. It excludes raw database errors, alarm content, checkpoint features, and wake history, and is sent only to the destination you choose.

If you email support, the mailbox receives your email address, message, and any attachments you send. This is used to respond and troubleshoot. Send only necessary information and contact service@byrobin.app about deleting support correspondence.

This policy describes the WakeRally app. Website analytics and language-preference cookies on byrobin.app are separate from data stored privately in the app. WakeRally does not read health records and is not a medical product.
