LoopCare Privacy Policy
Overview
This policy explains how this app handles information on your device. The app is designed around local processing and does not operate a separate user account system.
Sync and share tasks through Apple iCloud. Members can view tasks and completion history together and maintain content according to their permissions. We do not collect task content or use it for advertising.
Permissions Used
Notification permission for reminders.
Local storage for tasks, cycles, notes, completion history, icons, colors, and settings.
iCloud access for syncing and sharing through Apple services.
Data Handling
LoopCare uses Apple iCloud to sync data and share tasks. When you share a task, its notes, cycle, completion status, and related history are available to members with access. Members can maintain tasks together according to their permissions, and changes sync through iCloud.
To handle invitations and identify members’ actions, the app processes necessary invitation information and member identifiers through Apple services, and may show your name or nickname to other members. Sharing one task does not automatically share your other private tasks. You continue to manage personal settings such as reminders yourself.
Send invitation codes or sharing links to the people you want to invite. You can end or leave sharing using the features in the app. Closing an invitation code does not automatically end existing sharing. Content other members have already saved separately is not automatically deleted when sharing ends.
We do not operate our own server to collect task content, sell personal data, or use task content for advertising. Apple services are subject to Apple’s privacy policy and terms.
Important Notes
Reminder delivery depends on iOS notification settings, Focus mode, and device status.
Third-Party Services
Purchases and downloads are handled by Apple App Store. If you enable iCloud or system services, Apple may process data under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data and do not use your content for advertising.
